Unlike typical waterproof membranes that hang loosely under the outer shell (allowing water to penetrate and saturate the space between layers, creating vapor lock and killing breathability), the HDry® membrane is laminated directly to the inside of the outer shell. Water cannot pass through seams or the face fabric, so the interior stays dry and breathable.

The Yukon Hardshell Glove is best in mild to cold conditions when an insulated glove is too warm but you still need full waterproof protection. The mid-length gauntlet cuff can be worn under or over a rain gear sleeve. A must-have for backpack hunters, it also crosses over into waterfowl as a decoy glove and packable shell when the weather turns.
